The band celebrated its 2nd Birthday recently, by indulging in a night of bowling and curry. We had a great turnout of members, friends and family; discovering new talents on the bowling lane! We’ve posted some pictures on our Facebook page. After two years, the band has made enormous progress gaining dedicated players and producing some outstanding performances. We are ever so grateful to our members and everyone who supports the band. With the prospect of entering competitions next year, we are hopeful of continued success and an even stronger domination of brass banding in the area .

Autumn Season
After a relaxing summer break, the band has resumed normal service on a Wednesday evening. There has been some seat shuffling, new players and guests arriving on the scene; for what promises to be an exciting new year for the band. There’s even talk of extra rehearsals, competitions and a 2nd anniversary party! In the meantime we will be working on our forthcoming concerts for Heath Hall and the Capstone Theatre. New Website
Our resident band clown and baritone player has developed a fresh look website for us! We’re hoping to keep this and our facebook page frequently up to date with all information, pictures and news of the band as we progress.
